- 300 gr. tofu
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1 y 1/2 spoons of oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 y 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 180 ml. extra virgin olive oil
- In a bowl, toss the spices, salt, garlic (peeled and shaved) and oil and stir well to mix all the ingredients.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and add it to the bowl where we mix and stir to soak it well on all sides. We put the bowl in the fridge and leave it for 12 hours.
- After this time, we remove it and put it all in a large pan and we do it on medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring carefully so that the tofu does not fall apart. After this time, extinguish the fire, remove the cloves of garlic and serve.
- When choosing tofu, it is best to opt for one that is mild and not very hard.
